Employment Tax Senior Manager - #2122968

Are you an experienced Employment Tax professional looking to join a growing and highly respected tax advisory team?

This is an opportunity to take on a senior role within an established Employment Tax team, delivering a mix of advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with clients on a broad range of employment tax matters, helping them manage risk, remain compliant, and navigate increasingly complex legislation.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing Employment Tax advisory services across a varied portfolio of clients
• Supporting clients through HMRC reviews, enquiries and disclosures
• Advising on PAYE, NIC, benefits, salary sacrifice, employment status and IR35 matters
• Reviewing policies and procedures to identify and mitigate employment tax risks
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

About you:

• Significant Employment Tax experience gained in practice, industry or HMRC
• Strong technical knowledge across key Employment Tax areas
• Confident managing client relationships and delivering complex advisory work
• CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills
