CALL CENTRE ADVISORS x 8 – IMMEDIATE STARTS - #2121546

Elite Personnel are recruiting 8 experienced Call Centre Advisors on behalf of our client based on Birmingham Business Park, near the NEC.

Our client is recruiting across a number of different teams, with opportunities available in both inbound and outbound customer service. Some departments are 100% inbound, while others are 100% outbound, so we are looking for candidates who are confident on the telephone and comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

You will ideally have:

At least 1 year’s previous call centre experience

Experience handling a high volume of calls – potentially 100+ calls per day

The ability to work to KPIs and targets

Confidence dealing with both happy and unhappy customers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

A positive, hardworking and resilient attitude

Excellent timekeeping and attendance – these are temporary positions and our client relies on you being there to provide essential cover

Availability to start immediately

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm

Due to the location, having your own transport would be an advantage.

What You’ll Receive

£12.71 – £13.05 per hour, depending on the team/assignment
