We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment, supporting staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing queries appropriately
• Monitoring and forwarding emails to the relevant staff members
• Greeting visitors and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
• Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Supporting the smooth daily running of the school office
