Real Estate Disputes - Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ +) - #2118434

I'm working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to appoint an NQ Solicitor into its Real Estate Disputes team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ who wants to build their career within a strong, established disputes practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of property-related disputes.

The role

You'll have the opportunity to advise a broad range of clients on matters including:

• Commercial landlord & tenant disputes
• Property and land disputes
• Lease renewals and dilapidations
• Breaches of covenant
• Possession and recovery proceedings
• Easements, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes
• Wider contentious real estate matters

The team acts for a varied client base, providing exposure to quality work and the opportunity to develop technically within a supportive environment.

What we're looking for

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in Real Estate Disputes
• Relevant contentious property experience gained during training
• Strong academics and legal ability
• Commercial approach and excellent client skills
• Someone ambitious who wants to develop their career within a well-established team
