The Opportunity

A dominant European market leader in anti-Legionella and point-of-use water filtration solutions is making significant investments to expand its footprint across the UK healthcare sector. Having already secured strong traction across NHS Trusts, FM contractors, and water safety consultancies, they are now recruiting two proven, high caliber Regional Sales Managers to lead their commercial growth.

These are exceptional home based roles for self-starting sales champions who know how to navigate NHS procurement, build long-term relationships with FM providers, and win high-value commercial accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect, qualify, and close high-value business within NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, FM contractors, and water safety consultancies
• Autonomously build and manage a lucrative territory pipeline through field visits, technical presentations, and executive networking
• Lead framework opportunities and support tender submissions to lock in long-term recurring revenue
• Leverage your industry network to establish key accounts across NHS Estates, Hard FM providers, and infection prevention teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of proven field UK sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Background in or direct sales experience to Water Safety / Hygiene, Legionella Control, Hard FM, Infection Prevention, Healthcare Estates, or Building Services
• Strong grasp of NHS procurement structures, estate management dynamics, or FM contractor ecosystems
• A strong commercial persona with exceptional consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your designated territory
