Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Temporary 1st Line IT Support Advisors to join their busy support team in Birmingham City Centre. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills, IT knowledge or an interest in developing a career within IT support.

As a 1st Line IT Support Advisor, you will provide first-class support to customers, resolving a variety of IT queries and escalating issues where required. You will receive full training before supporting customers independently.

Working Hours

You will work on 5 days on, 2 days off rotational shift pattern, working 10-hour shifts between 10:00am and 10:00pm shift will include weekends.

The start date is 2nd September 9-5.30 for training then ..

The first shift will be: Saturday 5th September

Shifts will be either: and will alternate

• 10:00am – 8:00pm
• 12:00pm – 10:00pm

Please Note: This assignment is expected to last 4-6 weeks.

Due to the nature of this project, no holidays can be booked and no time off can be taken during the assignment. Please only apply if you can commit to the full duration.
