Are you an experienced recruiter who’s ready to take things up a gear?

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who knows how to build relationships, win business and turn opportunities into placements.

This is a Recruitment Consultant role for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and serious earning potential — with the opportunity to grow existing accounts, win new clients and play a key role in developing the wider team.

The Mission

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for growing your desk and making things happen.

You’ll be:

• Winning new business and developing existing client accounts.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy generation to placement.
• Creating and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Identifying new opportunities across the Industrial, Commercial and Technical markets.
• Negotiating terms, rates and fees with clients.
• Delivering against — and smashing — billing and performance targets.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients and candidates.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially sharp and hungry to succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3+ years’ recruitment consultant experience, with Industrial recruitment highly desirable.
• A proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong business development and account-management skills.
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to pick up the phone and win business.
• Resilience, energy and a genuine desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
• A full UK driving licence.
