Graduate Client Relationship Executive

We are recruiting for a Graduate Client Relationship Executive to join an innovative and growing technology firm based in Birmingham City Centre! This would be on a full-time basis, permanent, hybrid (2 days in office) and offering a salary between £26-30k dependant on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, resilient and commercially minded individual to develop new business, build strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities across a range of technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products and software.
• Proactively contact and onboard new suppliers through outbound activity, campaigns and marketing leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and confidently handle customer objections.
• Follow up on marketing activity and supplier enquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes and follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities and support supplier growth.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated and target-driven, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Previous experience in business development, telesales, recruitment, account management or a customer-facing sales environment would be beneficial, but attitude and commercial drive are equally important.
