This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer or design professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on technically challenging projects.

  • Coordinating design interfaces between MEP, civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
  • Reviewing design submissions, technical documentation and specifications.
  • Supporting design assurance, verification and approval processes.
  • Participating in design reviews, risk workshops and value engineering exercises.
  • Monitoring design progress and assisting with the resolution of technical issues.
  • Working closely with construction teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
  • Managing design changes and configuration control procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate design records, reports and project documentation.
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience within MEP Design, Building Services Engineering, Design Coordination or Engineering Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering or complex building projects.
  • A solid understanding of design management processes, technical assurance and risk management.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing design interfaces.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment.

What's On Offer
  • Opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure and engineering projects.
  • Long-term career progression and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Pension, healthcare and wellbeing support.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.

This role would suit an MEP Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Design Coordinator, Assistant Design Manager or Design Manager seeking a new challenge within a major project environment.
