We're working with a growing Birmingham-based business looking for a People Partner to join their HR team. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable owning projects end-to-end, confident handling employee relations, and just as happy building relationships with senior stakeholders as they are getting into the detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a trusted People Partner to managers across the business, advising on ER cases from start to finish
• Leading and delivering HR projects, working independently to see things through
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from line managers to senior leadership
• Balancing day-to-day HR support with longer-term project work, staying organised across both

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in an ER-focused HR role
• A track record of managing projects independently, from planning through to delivery
• Confident, clear communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders
• Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working without close supervision

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership and variety in their HR role, working closely with the business rather than sitting purely in an admin function.
