Housing Litigation Paralegal
Locations: Birmingham
Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 + Bonus
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in Birmingham.
This is a paralegal role is offering exposure to a broad range of housing litigation matters, including:
- Housing disrepair
- Renter's rights
- Anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Environmental Protection Act (EPA) claims
- Possession proceedings
- General housing litigation
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. The role also offers advocacy exposure and excellent long-term career development, with genuine opportunities for progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous housing litigation experience (claimant or defendant)
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A genuine interest in developing a career in housing law
