Salary: £65,000–£75,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-related bonus

Location: Home-based, with flexibility to meet clients virtually, in their homes, or at local bank branches. A Birmingham hub office is available for team meetings.

As a Wealth Adviser, you’ll deliver holistic, client-led financial advice to new and existing clients, supported by a provided client bank of around 100 to 110 clients and a steady flow of leads from the wider banking group.

You’ll build personalised financial plans, use cash flow modelling tools, and develop long-term client relationships through face-to-face and virtual advice.

• Level 4 Diploma qualified; Chartered or Level 6 welcome.
• Strong experience delivering holistic financial advice.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and generate repeat or referral business.
• Confident conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
• Experience using cash flow modelling to support advice recommendations.
