AssocRICS qualified with experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join our client's growing team covering the West Midlands and Birmingham area. Due to increased business levels, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering remote working, career progression and access to leading report-writing software.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports across your designated area
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
- Complete Red Book Valuations
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading software
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional standards
Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, professional and able to work independently
