NQ Defendant EL/PL Solicitor – Birmingham – National Law Firm
Launch your litigation career with one of the UK's leading insurance teams.
If you're due to qualify as a solicitor and are looking to build your career within defendant personal injury litigation, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognised law firm with an excellent reputation for developing junior lawyers.
Working as part of a highly regarded casualty team, you'll handle a varied caseload of defendant Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of major insurers, self-insured organisations and household-name corporate clients. From the outset you'll gain exposure to quality work, receive structured supervision and benefit from genuine investment in your long-term career development.
This role offers the chance to manage your own files while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on more complex and higher-value matters. You'll be encouraged to develop strong technical skills, build client relationships and become an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors or those due to qualify shortly who have completed at least one seat in defendant personal injury, casualty or insurance litigation. Candidates with claimant personal injury experience and a genuine desire to move into defendant work will also be considered. You'll be commercially aware, organised and keen to establish yourself within a market-leading litigation practice.
In return, you'll join a firm that is genuinely committed to flexible working, career progression and ongoing professional development. Alongside a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, you'll enjoy access to high-quality work, nationally recognised clients and clear opportunities to progress your career.
To apply or to discuss this opportunity in confidence, please contact Penny Trotman at eNL Legal Recruitment on or email with your CV.
