We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Polisher on behalf of a well-established Jewellery Manufacturing company based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled manufacturing team producing premium-quality jewellery for a respected and growing business.

• Polishing and finishing jewellery components to a high standard.
• Working with precious metals including gold, silver, and platinum.
• Using polishing motors, mops, compounds, and specialist hand-finishing tools.
• Removing surface imperfections and preparing items for final inspection.
• Achieving a high-quality finish while maintaining product specifications.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
• Handling delicate jewellery pieces with precision and care.
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.

• Previous experience as a Metal Polisher within a jewellery manufacturing environment.
• Experience polishing precious metal jewellery to a high-quality finish.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
• Ability to work accurately with delicate and high-value items.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a skilled production team.
