Description

The Commercial Paralegal will report directly into the General Counsel and will:

• Review and manage routine commercial contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for legal requests, NDAs, and workflow management.
• Manage governance and company secretarial activities, including board and governance administration.
• Maintain corporate records and manage entity administration.
• Contribute to data privacy, compliance, and legal projects.
• Deliver legal operations initiatives, process improvements, and legal technology projects.

Profile

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• 2 years commercial experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal administrator or equivalent.
• Contribute to data privacy, compliance, and legal projects.
• experience reviewing contracts
• a law degree or equivalent
• Can commute to Birmingham or London
