We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Nursery Nurses and Childcare Practitioners to join our growing bank of supply staff. With flexible assignments available throughout the week, you can enjoy a better work-life balance while making a real difference in children's early years development.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children throughout their daily routines, play, and learning experiences.
* Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
* Meeting children's care needs while encouraging their learning and development.
* Observing children's progress and working collaboratively with nursery teams.
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.
What We're Looking For
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (desirable).
* Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
* A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
* A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different nursery settings.
