Electrical Installation Assessor

£40 - £50 per hour

Location - Home based - Covering local 1 hour patch

We're recruiting Electrical Assessors for contract assignments with leading education and training providers across the UK.

You'll support electrical apprentices as they complete their NVQ qualifications, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

Whether you're an experienced assessor or have strong industry experience and are looking to transition into education, we have opportunities available nationwide.

The Role:

• Assess and support electrical apprentices working towards their NVQ qualifications
• Carry out workplace visits to review progress and complete assessments
• Coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to learners
• Manage your own diary and travel within your local area
• Work with respected colleges, universities and training providers
• £40 - £50 per hour Depending on location

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Current or previous experience within electrical installation
• TAQA, A1/D32/D33 Assessor qualification (preferred but not essential for some contracts)
• Experience assessing apprentices or delivering training is advantageous
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
