Our client is seeking a highly organised, detail-focused graduate looking to establish a career in operations. The client, is one of the UK's leading event crew providers, and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its growing team and support the delivery of major events nationwide.

For over 18 years, the company has supplied professional event crew to the live events, exhibitions, conferences, broadcast and production sectors. Working with some of the UK's biggest brands and venues, the business has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism and exceptional customer service.

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you'll coordinate bookings, manage scheduling information, communicate with clients and help ensure every project is staffed correctly and delivered successfully.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate-calibre candidate or an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and processing crew bookings
  • Scheduling personnel based on availability and skills
  • Liaising with clients to confirm requirements and booking details
  • Maintaining accurate records and scheduling information
  • Supporting operational reporting and administration
  • Resolving scheduling issues and communicating changes effectively
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure all bookings are fully resourced

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Previous administration, coordination, hospitality, retail or customer service experience is desirable
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
