Occupational Disease Solicitor / Newly Qualified | Birmingham | Leading International Law Firm

Are you looking to develop your career with one of the UK's most respected defendant insurance teams? If you have experience handling occupational disease claims and are looking for high-quality work, excellent training and genuine career progression, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Joining a nationally recognised Casualty team, you'll work alongside experts in the field advising major insurer clients on a broad range of occupational disease claims. The work is varied and technically challenging, with a particular focus on Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) and asbestos-related claims. You'll support senior lawyers on complex, high-value litigation while also taking responsibility for your own files, giving you plenty of scope to develop your technical expertise and build your confidence.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Paralegals and Newly Qualified Solicitors with a background in defendant personal injury or occupational disease litigation. You'll already have experience dealing with Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, be confident reviewing medical and expert evidence and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where client service is paramount.

This is a firm that continues to invest in both its people and its Birmingham office. You'll be joining a supportive team with an excellent reputation in the market, access to high-quality work from day one and a clear route for progression. Hybrid working is firmly embedded, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of working alongside colleagues while maintaining flexibility.

If you're ready for your next move and want to be part of a team where your contribution will be recognised and your career supported, we'd love to hear from you.
