Defamation, Privacy & Data Protection Solicitor (Senior Associate / Legal Director) | 5+ PQE | Birmingham | Top International Law Firm
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to specialise in one of the fastest-evolving areas of law. If you're currently advising on defamation, reputation management, privacy or data protection matters and are looking for a role with greater autonomy, higher quality work and an international platform, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
Joining a well-established Global Risks team, you'll advise an impressive client base on a broad range of complex and often high-profile matters involving defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, GDPR, data protection, online reputation management and harassment claims. You'll be involved from the earliest stages of strategic advice through to litigation where required, working alongside recognised specialists in this field.
You'll already have at least five years' PQE and be comfortable handling your own caseload while supporting clients through technically challenging and commercially sensitive issues. Whether you're currently a Senior Associate looking for that next step or an established Legal Director seeking a fresh challenge, this firm can offer the quality of work and career progression to match your ambitions.
Collaboration sits at the heart of the team. You'll be encouraged to build lasting client relationships, develop your own profile within the market and play an active role in business development, with plenty of support from colleagues who are genuinely invested in your success.
The firm offers a flexible hybrid working model, an inclusive culture and access to high-quality international work that is rarely available outside the largest specialist practices. If you're looking for a role where your expertise will be recognised and your career can continue to develop, we'd love to hear from you.
To apply or find out more about this opportunity, please contact Penny Trotman at eNL Legal Recruitment on or email , quoting PT Ref: 4717 Defamation, Privacy & Data Protection – Birmingham.
At eNL, we never forward your CV without your express permission. We are committed to supporting an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, whatever their background.
