• Annual Salary:£40,000 - £42,000 (Paid in equal monthly installments, regardless of monthly hours worked).

• Contract: Permanent, Annualised Hours basis (Guaranteed total hours for the year, providing predictable income).

• Overtime:Loads of overtime is available to significantly boost your overall earnings.

• Flexibility Required: You must be flexible with varying start and finish times to meet operational demands.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate significant experience and hold the following mandatory qualifications:

• Time-Served Experience: Proven, extensive experience as a qualified electrical engineer, demonstrating high levels of competence and independence.

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Qualification: A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365/2330 Level 3).

  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations: Must hold the current 18th Edition qualification.

• HVAP Certification (Ideal): Holding an High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) certification is highly advantageous.

As a Static Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on various electrical systems and critical infrastructure within commercial or industrial settings in the Birmingham area.
