A well-established and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful property team in Birmingham. The firm provides tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including landlords, developers, investors, business owners and landowners.

Role
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in commercial property and will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded solicitor with the ambition to contribute to the continued growth of the team and support the development of client relationships.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and licences
• Property finance matters
• Options, pre-emption and overage agreements
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and contribute to team growth
• A proactive approach to business development and relationship building
