HR Operations Administrator

Reed Further Education are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator to support a busy HR function within an education setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with HR administration experience to contribute to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Details:

  • Pay rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) - hourly paid
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Contract: Temporary - could lead to permanent position
  • Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems
  • Support recruitment processes including advertising roles, onboarding and pre-employment checks
  • Liaise with staff and managers regarding HR queries via email and phone
  • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within deadlines
  • Carry out audit checks to ensure compliance and data accuracy
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role
  • Essential: Experience using iTrent HR system
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
  • Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent)
