We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience looking for a part-time role in a central Birmingham location.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Maintaining and reconciling cashbooks
- Managing supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Supporting the wider finance function with administrative tasks
About You
- Previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or Purchase Ledger role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with finance systems and Excel
