What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with SLAs.
• Monitor and report on complaint trends, KPIs, and service performance to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare and distribute client reports, maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed deadlines.
• Respond to client enquiries, requests, and online reviews, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals, including site inspection logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support the Head of Client Relationships to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, client relations, or complaints handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
