An established and growing legal practice is seeking an experienced solicitor advocate to join its in-house advocacy team.

The role offers a consistent and varied civil caseload with a strong focus on personal injury, alongside other related areas.

You will:

• Undertake advocacy across a broad range of civil matters
• Manage your own caseload within a supportive team structure
• Work closely with solicitors on case strategy and litigation
• Benefit from a steady pipeline of work, removing the need for business development or reliance on clerking
• Work will be allocated according to your location and ability to travel where required, ensuring a balanced and sustainable workload

You will need to be :

• A qualified solicitor advocate (England & Wales)
• Experienced in civil litigation (ideally with PI experience)
• Commercially aware and comfortable working within a team environment
