We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Business Centre Manager

• In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, effective operation day to day and revenue growth.
• You will be acting in a supervisory capacity to centre operation assistants.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A proven record in revenue generation within a customer facing environment
• Strong commercial and sales acumen
• Strong leadership skills
• The ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Knowledge and Experience required:

Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 & CRM software
