Are you a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner looking to join a modern, client-focused wealth management firm where your technical expertise is genuinely valued?

We're seeking an experienced Paraplanner to play a key role within a collaborative financial planning team, supporting advisers in delivering high-quality financial advice to individuals and families.

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll be responsible for providing first-class technical support throughout the advice process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports

• Conducting technical research across pensions, investments and protection

• Cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis

• Product and provider comparisons

• Supporting advisers with complex planning cases

• Liaising with providers, advisers and administration teams

• Ensuring all work meets FCA compliance standards

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)

• Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management firm

• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection

• Excellent report writing and research skills

• High attention to detail

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience using industry back-office systems and cashflow modelling software is advantageous

• Salary up to £50,000

• Hybrid working – 3 days in the Birmingham office and 2 days working from home
