The chance to join a leading investment bank with a globally recognised name, in Central Birmingham. My client is looking for a Team Assistant / PA to join them, with the opportunity to work alongside some of the top PAs within the industry!
This role requires a polished, hardworking and driven individual, to work in their impressive offices Monday to Friday.
Approximately 1 year of experience working as a PA or Team Assistant, within an office-based environment, will be essential in order to be considered for this opportunity.

- Diary management, coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and video calls across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
- Expense management
- Taking on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams with day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone and holiday coverage for other colleagues
