The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent across the Accountancy & Finance market
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications
- Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
- Support clients throughout the recruitment process
- Develop specialist market knowledge
- Grow your own client portfolio and candidate network
