The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and attract top talent across the Accountancy & Finance market
• Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications
• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
• Support clients throughout the recruitment process
• Develop specialist market knowledge
• Grow your own client portfolio and candidate network
