We're partnering with a fast-growing international business to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant for their brand-new Birmingham headquarters. This newly created position offers the chance to become a trusted partner to three Directors, working at the heart of the business and making a real impact. The Role
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide first-class support to the Directors, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly while anticipating their needs and keeping priorities on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes and ever-changing schedules.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing board packs and executive correspondence.
- Organising UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Preparing high-quality presentations, reports and briefing documents.
- Supporting strategic business projects and monitoring key actions.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted right-hand support to the leadership team during an exciting period of expansion.
About you:
- 3-5 years' experience supporting Directors, Executives or senior leadership teams.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience within construction, property or professional services would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
