As a Senior BIM Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality building information models and ensuring seamless project coordination. You'll be working alongside architects, engineers, and other professionals to push the boundaries of design through technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, create, and manage digital models within BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
- Coordinate and integrate MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and structural data into BIM models.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, ensuring compliance with industry and project standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Stay informed on the latest BIM technologies and incorporate best practices into project delivery.
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to merge designs into digital models.
- Managing and reviewing data integrations for accuracy and compliance.
- Identifying and resolving conflicts in project models using advanced tools like Revit and Navisworks.
- Supporting multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects aligned with client expectations.
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional with:
- Strong BIM Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing and coordinating 3D digital project models.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-focused software tools.
- Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of building services, structural engineering, and 3D model data attribution.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy in design outputs.

- Qualifications: A degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
