Partnering teams across the UK: 2 – 3 times a week, some weeks will involve less travel than others.
£55,000+ Car allowance
I’m working with a business that is looking for a highly capable & resilient HR Business Partner reporting the HR Director. This is a business that is expanding, fast moving and things often change quickly. This role will be suited to someone who has a pragmatic approach, and someone loves working at pace.
The Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will help shape HR strategy and activity to support business objectives and challenges. This position involves working with senior management to achieve results, implement change, and make things happen.
HR Business Partner – Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with leaders to understand their goals and craft people strategies that help their teams succeed.
- Guiding teams through the entire employee journey, including navigating big structural changes, reorganisations, restructures, and TUPE transfers.
- Stay close to the daily operations so you truly understand the team's performance, goals, talent pipelines, and where extra support is needed
- Act as a trusted coach for leaders, helping them build their management skills, boost team morale, and create a workplace where people love to work.
- Share meaningful data insights and cost-benefit analysis that help leaders make smart, informed decisions
- Provide expert guidance on highly sensitive, complex HR issues, and handle Employment Tribunal.
- Deliver engaging training and guidance on how to spot future leaders, map out talent, and help people grow their careers.
HR Business Partner – Skills and Experience Required:
- Significant experience of working in a large business where change is constant. You’ll be very used to working in multi-site roles and managing a large complex employee base.
- Experienced in being the HR Lead in facilitating organizational change.
- You’ll be hugely data driven!!
- Employee Relations will be a passion, and you’ll need to have of experience of working up to tribunal level.
- Your CV will clearly outline initiatives around change, employee relations, Employee Engagement and of course managing a large customer base.
- Project Management Experience.
- A background in operational roles / operational businesses will be key for this role, Retail, hospitality, distribution, Care,
