Electrical Improver

We are looking for Electrical Improvers to join a team working on automotive manufacturing plants and industrial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an ongoing contract opportunity offering competitive rates and the chance to work on a variety of installation and maintenance projects.

What You Will Do

• Assist with electrical installations on automotive and industrial sites.
• Work alongside qualified electricians to complete projects safely and to a high standard.
• Follow electrical drawings and site instructions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team in delivering projects on time and to specification.

What You Will Bring

Valid ECS Card (essential).

• Previous experience as an Electrical Improver, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools and transport are beneficial but not essential.
• A reliable approach with good attention to detail.
