I'm currently partnering with a growing, ambitious, market leading, fully integrated marketing agency who are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its expanding team in Birmingham.

Description

• Managing client accounts agency side is essential
• Strong B2B marketing experience across multiple sectors
• Experience working with SME clients and business owners
• A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable ROI
• Knowledge of the full marketing mix (HubSpot experience would be a real advantage!)
• Confident presenting ideas, managing clients, and building lasting relationships
• Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members

Profile

A successful Digital Account Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing client accounts within the media and agency industry.
• Experience managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working closely with senior leadership to develop client strategies.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to clients and prospects.
• Analysing campaign performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team.
