Our client is a leading SaaS provider supporting clients globally with platform implementations. You'll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where individuals are trusted with responsibility early and can make a meaningful impact. They are looking for experienced Senior IT Business Analysts.Day-to-day responsibilities:

Work with clients to design and build products, translating requirements into structured system solutions
Configure product logic including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys, and policy outputs
Own delivery from build through testing and launch
Analyse and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice

Requirements

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in consulting, ideally with platform exposure or as a client-facing Business Analyst

Communicate confidently and can translate complex requirements into clear solutions

Location: Birmingham (hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £52,000
