Education Recruitment Consultant

£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £20k extra in OTE

Building strong relationships - engage with schools and educators to understand their needs and create the perfect matches.

Expanding your network - grow a strong database of talented educators and trusted school partnerships.

Becoming an expert - stay ahead of education trends to provide market-leading recruitment solutions.

Delivering exceptional service - ensure the highest quality standards in matching educators to schools.

Sales focused - your experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service, means you excel in a performance-driven environment to meet targets.
