THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Manager to take ownership of the activation and delivery of a vibrant outdoor event space designed to drive footfall, increase dwell time and create a family-friendly destination through engaging programming and experiences.

Working closely with internal departments, suppliers and activation partners, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and operational delivery of a varied programme of events and activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering a programme of engaging events, activations and visitor experiences
• Managing the operational delivery of all onsite activity, ensuring a seamless visitor experience
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Ensuring all events and activations are delivered in line with health & safety policies and compliance requirements
• Monitoring visitor feedback and performance to continually enhance the overall experience

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and delivering exceptional visitor experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to break into the events industry, or for someone with some existing experience within events or venues looking to take the next step in their career. Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders will be key to success in the role.
