Location: Birmingham (hybrid - minimum 2 days in office)
Salary: £62,906 - £70,535

We have an exciting opportunity for two People Business Partners to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to creating a workplace where people can truly thrive. Sitting at the heart of the People & Culture agenda, you will partner with senior leaders to drive impactful people strategies that enable teams and services to perform at their best.
Working closely with directors and senior stakeholders, you'll act as a trusted advisor and critical friend-translating business priorities into effective people plans and ensuring that people considerations are embedded in decision-making, transformation and change.
Description
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership teams, aligning people priorities with organisational goals
- Provide practical, values-led advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters
- Support and influence organisational change, ensuring strong engagement and effective communication
- Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Coach and develop leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people
- Support talent management, succession planning and cultural development initiatives
- Collaborate with wider People & Culture functions (e.g. Employee Relations, OD, Reward, Inclusion) to deliver joined-up solutions
- Provide expert input on complex employee relations matters and organisational change activity
- Contribute to strategic projects that improve employee experience and organisational performance
Profile
- Proven experience in a strategic HR or People Business Partnering role within a complex organisation
- Strong track record of influencing and supporting senior leaders
- Experience of leading or supporting organisational change initiatives
- Ability to interpret and apply employment law and people policies effectively
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused and collaborative approach
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) and evidence of ongoing professional development
