Job Title: Security Contracts Manager (Midlands)

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum plus company car

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Security Contracts Manager to oversee security operations throughout the Midlands. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our operations align with strategic company goals while championing outstanding customer service, team welfare, and staff development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and energise our onsite security teams, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Execute our divisional strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Cultivate and build excellent customer relationships and ensuring their security needs are met with professionalism and proactive service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update divisional SOPs as needed.
  • Address risks and changes in the security environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, particularly with Daily Office Cleaning (DOC), to enhance service delivery.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Welfare standards.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence.
