We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Logistics recruitment division, building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across the sector.

The role:

Manage and grow an established logistics desk

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts

Source, interview, and place top logistics talent

Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards

Mentor and support junior consultants

What we’re looking for:

Proven recruitment experience (ideally within Logistics / Transport / Warehousing)

Strong billing history and commercial mindset

Excellent client development skills

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership

Passion for delivering results and building partnerships
