Multi Trade Operatives Required - West MidlandsWe are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of a large, reputable Housing Association based in the West Midlands.

Location:West Midlands (various sites)

Contract:

• Initial 3-month contract
• Strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities

Pay Rate:

• Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience)
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Role Overview:You will be working within social housing properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works in occupied homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
• Skilled in at least one core trade; Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering
• Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds
• Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties)
