The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Manage and grow a well-established Business Support desk
• As part of this desk you will also be responsible for a 'side hustle' specialism of either procurement & supply chain or marketing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
• Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts
• Deliver a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
• A driven, competitive mindset with a passion for success
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
