Senior Business Analyst - Digital

Birmingham (Hybrid 2/3 days onsite) | £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits

One of the world's largest food service and hospitality businesses is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a digital product team that's genuinely trying to do things better - not just faster.

This isn't a requirements-gathering, ticket-writing BA role. You'd be embedded in a cross-functional product team working on a large-scale, consumer-facing digital platform - owning discovery end-to-end, shaping how problems get defined before they ever reach engineering, and acting as the bridge between senior stakeholders and an offshore development team.

You'd sit alongside a Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect, working closely with the Principal Product Manager - and as the product matures, there's a clear path toward product ownership for the right person.

What we're after:

Proven Senior BA background on complex, evolving digital products

Strong agile delivery experience

Comfortable with ambiguity

Confident holding your own with tech teams and business stakeholders

Exposure to digital platforms, APIs or integrations

A commercial mindset - outcome-focused, willing to challenge, not just document
