An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Associate to join a highly respected financial planning business in the Solihull area. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced Advisers and support staff, delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base while developing your own knowledge and career within wealth management.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing withdrawals and ad hoc payments across ISAs, SIPPs, Bonds and GIAs
• Managing transfers in and out, liaising with clients, providers and colleagues
• Monitoring cash reconciliations and outstanding fees
• Processing client changes including bank details and change of address requests
• Producing client valuations, performance summaries and transaction reports
• Supporting the wider team with new business applications and account administration
• Managing account closures and deceased client cases with care and efficiency
• Ensuring all client communications are accurate, timely and professional
• Working closely with operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA and company procedures

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who possess:

• Previous experience within a client services, financial services administration or wealth management environment
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of settlements, transfers and financial services administration
• A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Suitable for graduates looking to start a career in wealth management
• Candidates currently studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a level 4 Financial Planning qualification are encouraged to apply
