This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing and evolving business at an exciting stage in their journey. Based in Birmingham and with hybrid working, you’ll step into a highly visible HR Business Partner role, working with a bright, commercially driven stakeholder group.
As the business continues to grow, you will play a key role in shaping the people agenda, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives. This role will suit someone who is already an HR Business Parter or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up, comfortable operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders on performance, capability, organisation, and culture
- Translating business priorities into effective people plans
- Leading workforce planning to ensure the right capability and talent
- Providing commercial HR guidance and challenging decision-making
- Coaching and developing leadership capability
- Driving core people processes including talent, performance, and reward
- Facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and performance discussions
- Using data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Supporting leaders with complex people matters
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience
About You
- You're likely to be an experienced HR Advisor or equivalent with clear readiness and ambition to step into a Business Partner role
- A proven HR Generalist with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Engaging, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
- Commercially aware with a data-driven approach
- Proactive with a growth mindset
- Experience in a growing or changing environment is desirable
- An adaptable style with high EQ & IQ
- Experience within professional services/financial services or similar
