Eleniak

We're launching eCommerce brands, and we need the person who makes them actually run. Stock, suppliers, fulfilment, cashflow, the systems behind it all.

This is not a role where you wait for permission. You'll stand up a brand's operations from scratch and keep them clean as it scales. The ceiling is your output.

About us

Eleniak is a venture studio founded by Shahbaz Khokhar. We're building brands across eCommerce and marketing. We launch products, take on performance clients, and build proprietary AI and internal systems to do it faster than teams ten times our size. You'd work directly with operators who've scaled real brands and real revenue:

  • $3.7M+ eCommerce brand launched in the first 3 months
  • $200M+ client revenue in a performance marketing agency
  • Built internal AI + creative production systems used across the businesses

What the work looks like

  • Run brand operations end to end — logistics, fulfilment, suppliers, stock, the daily machinery of a live brand. Keep it moving without drama.
  • Own the operational finance — costs, margins and cashflow at the brand level, in lockstep with the commercial side.
  • Build the systems — turn repeatable work into clean, documented SOPs so the brand scales without everything depending on you. Choose and run the tools behind it.
  • Manage suppliers and 3PLs — source, negotiate, and hold them to cost, quality and timelines.
  • Keep standards high under pace — fix the problem in front of you without over-engineering it.

What we're looking for

We care about ability, not years of experience, and most people who thrive here are early in their careers. You might be a recent graduate, someone who organised events or ran a society end to end, or already started a small venture and handled the messy operational side yourself. What matters is how you think and operate, not your CV.

  • A natural operator's instinct — organised, systematic, calm under pressure
  • Commercial literacy — comfortable with costs, margin, cashflow and basic financial tracking
  • A track record of organising or running something end to end — a project, an event, a society, a small venture — where you owned the moving parts
  • Strong written communication and a bias for documentation
  • High ownership, low ego, entrepreneurial wiring

Nice to have: eCommerce / D2C / physical-product experience, exposure to launching something new (a brand, a product, a venture), comfort assessing and adopting new tools.

How we work

High responsibility, clear accountability, real upside earned through output. Structured sprints, clear briefs, measurable outcomes. No bloated project management, no micro-management. AI is integrated across the workflow and you use it as leverage.

In-office, Birmingham. Operations run best with the team in the room.

What you get

Visa sponsorship available. Competitive salary + performance bonus · real ownership of how a brand runs and scales · mentorship from operators who've scaled · cutting-edge AI tools and internal systems · a participation pathway for top performers.

To apply

Email [email protected] with:

  1. Your CV
  2. One thing you've built, run, or organised — from a job, a placement, a project, or something of your own — and how you knew it was working.
  3. The one tool or system you'd bring with you on day one.

Keep it short. We hire on how you think and how you execute.

The process: Apply → 5-min challenge → screening → long challenge → final → offer.
