Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Vice President Corporate Finance at ANTIC. The Vice President Corporate Finance will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role will oversee cash flow management, capital structure, and funding strategies, and will partner with leadership to evaluate investments, new initiatives, and growth opportunities. The position includes managing due diligence and financial modeling for potential partnerships, expansions, or other corporate transactions, as well as maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards. The Vice President Corporate Finance will also mentor finance team members, collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, and prepare clear financial updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with proven experience in corporate finance leadership roles.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience conducting Due Diligence for investments, partnerships, or transactions, including risk assessment and valuation analysis.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including familiarity with relevant accounting standards and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a remote environment, managing priorities and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Experience in the apparel, fashion, or consumer goods sector is an advantage, along with a strong interest in supporting a design- and craftsmanship-driven business.
