IT Sales Consultant – 360 – Birmingham

Key Responsibilities of the Consultant:

  • Drive outbound business development activities to build a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
  • Develop and grow your own niche market, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in tech hiring solutions.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies, providing tailored, solution-focused recommendations to support their growth.
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying hiring needs and securing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from initial consultation through to placement and ongoing account development.
  • Collaborate with delivery consultants to connect clients with high-quality, best-fit talent.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience in tech – VAR, MSP, SaaS, or similar
  • A proven track record in B2B consultative selling
  • Tenacity, commercial curiosity, and a drive to succeed
  • Someone who wants to build something, not just follow a script
